Inventory, margin and demand — finally in one place.

Retail groups run stores, marketplaces and web stores on different systems, and the truth falls between them. We build the layer that holds one stock position, one margin picture and one demand forecast across all of it.

Before and after

What changes when
the data finally talks.

Today's friction

  • Stock split across channels with no single, current position
  • Margin per SKU unknown until the month-end close
  • Demand moves weekly while buying still happens monthly
  • Supplier costs drifting silently across a long tail of SKUs
  • Promotions judged on revenue, never on contribution
  • Customer identity fragmented between store, web and marketplace

With Ontilus

  • One live stock position across every channel and legal entity
  • Margin per SKU tracked continuously, not reconstructed at close
  • 7-day demand forecasting feeding automated replenishment
  • Price-drift alerts across your supplier base, with alternatives costed
  • Campaign spend measured against contribution, not impressions
  • One customer profile across channels, powering retention journeys

What we build

Engineered for Retail & e-commerce.

Every system is bespoke to your entity structure. These are the modules this sector almost always needs.

Unified inventory

A single stock position across stores, warehouses and channels — with transfers posting entries automatically.

Margin per SKU

Live contribution by SKU, category and channel, with slow movers and margin leaks flagged as they form.

Demand & replenishment

Forecasting that turns into purchase proposals, sized to lead times and current stock cover.

Supplier cost watch

Price-drift detection across your supplier base, with comparison matrices when it's time to switch.

Customer identity graph

One profile per customer across store, web and marketplace — visit frequency, spend and preferences.

Automated retention

Win-back, loyalty and first-purchase journeys that fire themselves, with consent tracked per channel.

Talk to us
How does Ontilus give one stock position across stores and marketplaces?

Every selling channel — stores, marketplaces and web — is ingested into one governed inventory layer, with each channel's own movements reconciled against it. The result is a single stock position per SKU rather than one number per system that nobody trusts.

Can it show true margin per SKU?

Yes. Landed cost, channel fees, fulfilment and discount are attributed back to each SKU, so margin is reported after the costs that actually happened rather than off a list price.

Does it work with marketplace platforms as well as our own store?

Yes. Marketplace channels are ingested alongside owned retail and web, which is what makes cross-channel questions — where the same SKU earns most, where stock should move — answerable at all.

How does demand forecasting help a retail operator?

Forecasting turns reorder and allocation from a judgement call into a costed recommendation: what will sell where, in the next window, and what that implies for purchasing and transfers between locations.

Is this a replacement for our e-commerce platform?

No. Ontilus builds the intelligence layer above your existing platforms and does not replace them. Your storefront, POS and marketplace tooling stay where they are.
